These terms govern use of suicos and purchases from this independent online retailer. Review product details and the total before ordering. We ship only to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These estimates are not delivery guarantees. Eligible returns follow our Refund Policy. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Use of the store
Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, introduce malicious software, scrape personal information or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and keeping credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter the transaction or with appropriate authorization.
Products, descriptions and purchase units
Review the selected option, dimensions, material, included quantity and limitations on the individual product page. Measure the surface and shelf clearance, compare the listed material and dimensions, and confirm the purchase unit. The narrow glass vase and shallow steel basket should not be treated as equivalent in capacity or function. A decorative vase is not promised to be water tight, and a serving tray is not promised suitable for direct food contact unless its product page confirms that use. Photos can show context or props; only the stated purchase unit is included. Approximate measurements or inferred materials remain estimates, not verified manufacturer specifications. Color can vary across screens. We do not promise unlisted fit, load, heat, water tightness, certification or performance.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in USD and the final item, tax and shipping amounts are shown before submission. An order acknowledgment records receipt and is not a promise that an unavailable or invalid order will be fulfilled. We may contact you about availability, payment verification or a material listing error and explain your options before proceeding. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled, any collected payment will be promptly refunded as applicable. We do not impose retroactive price increases on accepted orders without your agreement. Delivery, cancellation and returns
We ship only to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These estimates are not delivery guarantees. If we cannot ship on time we notify you and offer acceptance of a revised date or cancellation with prompt refund. Contact us promptly to change or cancel an unshipped order; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Content and intellectual property
Store text, branding and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names, marks and product materials belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and do not claim third-party endorsement or manufacturer status unless expressly supported on a listing. Information you send must not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material; no transfer of your legal rights is implied beyond permission reasonably necessary to handle your request.
Third-party services and links
Shopify hosts the store and payment, delivery and map providers provide separate services. External links may have their own terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible for our own retail commitments and do not use third-party involvement to eliminate your statutory remedies. Privacy Policy describes data handling.
Availability, responsibility and consumer protections
The site can experience errors or outages; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability limitations apply only where lawful and reasonable and do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot be limited, or non-waivable rights for defective or misdescribed goods. No broad disclaimer here overrides an express product promise or a remedy required by law. We do not require mandatory arbitration or a fabricated exclusive jurisdiction in these terms.
Applicable law, changes and contact
Applicable U.S. federal and state laws govern as relevant to the transaction and your protected rights. We do not claim a registered company status or jurisdiction not verified for this store. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining terms apply as lawful. Updates are dated and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.
